How many toilets does your crew need?

OSHA sets the legal minimum in 29 CFR 1926.51, Table D-1. Here it is in plain terms.

1 toilet

A crew of 20 or fewer workers needs at least 1 toilet on site.

20 or more workers

1 seat + 1 urinal per 40

At 200 or more workers: 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers.

For a 40-hour week with weekly service. Hand washing is covered by 1926.51(f).

Every week

Pump, clean, restock

Weekly service: pump-out, clean and sanitize, fresh paper and sanitizer, new deodorizer.

Billing

Every 28 days, no long contract

Units stay until you call. Call 2 business days before the cycle ends to stop billing.
