What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Joaquin Portable Toilets Rental collects through gulfportportapotty.com and by phone, how we use it, and what we don't do with it. Effective date: October 14, 2026.
Information you send through the quote form
The quote form asks for your delivery ZIP code, phone number, delivery date, pickup date, unit type, number of units and number of guests or workers. It does not ask for your name, email or street address.
When you press send, the form goes through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which emails it to our business inbox. Web3Forms handles the data only to deliver it to us. We use it to call you back with a quote.
Phone calls and email
When you call or email, we keep the details you give us to quote, book, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental. That can include your name, phone number, delivery address, dates, gate codes and billing details.
Payment information
Card payments are taken to pay for your rental. We use card details only to process that payment.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone except as needed to run your rental (for example, to process a card payment) or when the law requires it. We do not send marketing lists to other companies.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them, and Google may log that request under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and rental records as long as needed to handle your rental, answer questions about it and keep business and tax records. Quote requests that don't turn into a rental are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for a rental or for our records. Call or email us and we take care of it.
