How many stalls does your restroom trailer need?
Count each restroom trailer stall like one toilet: 1 stall per 40 guests for a 4 to 8 hour event. A 2-stall trailer covers up to about 80 guests. A 3-stall handles about 120, and a 4-stall about 160. Serve alcohol? Plan a bit more room. Some trailers include an accessible stall.
| Trailer | Guests, 4–8 hour event | Guests with a bar | Good fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2-stall | Up to about 80 | About 70 | Small weddings, rehearsal dinners, reunions |
| 3-stall | Up to about 120 | About 100 | Mid-size weddings, corporate events |
| 4-stall and up | About 160 and more | About 140 and more | Large weddings, VIP areas, festivals |

What do you need on site for a restroom trailer?
A restroom trailer needs 4 things on site: a 110V outlet on a 20-amp circuit within about 100 feet, a garden-hose water spigot, a level spot, and a clear path for the truck. No spigot? We bring a fresh-water tank on request. Tell us about soft ground or low wires when you book.
| Need | What it means |
|---|---|
| Power | A standard 110V outlet on its own 20-amp circuit within about 100 ft |
| Water | A garden-hose spigot, or a fresh-water tank we bring on request |
| Ground | A level spot, longer than the trailer, with firm footing |
| Truck access | A path wide and firm enough for a pickup towing a trailer; no low limbs or wires |
| Guest count | Total guests, event hours and whether alcohol is served |
The placement guide shows how to check slope and truck access.

Will the restroom trailer stay cool in Gulf Coast heat?
Our restroom trailers have A/C and heat. July highs in Gulfport average about 90°F, and a trailer in full sun needs the A/C running before guests arrive. That is why the trailer needs a 20-amp circuit of its own. Do not share that circuit with the DJ, the caterer or a bounce house.

How does a weekend restroom trailer rental work?
A restroom trailer is rented by the weekend, not by the day. We drop the trailer before your event, usually 1 day ahead, and level it. We hook up power and water and test the toilets. After the event, we pick it up the next business day. The quote lists every line.

Reserve a restroom trailer for your date
Trailers book 3 to 4 weeks out in spring, fall and Cruisin' the Coast week.
How far ahead should you book a restroom trailer in Gulfport?
Book a restroom trailer 3 to 4 weeks ahead. Spring and fall wedding weekends fill first. Cruisin' the Coast week in early October also books up, since the 2026 event ran October 4 to 11 across the Coast. Holiday weekends and Mardi Gras are busy too. Weekday events are easier to schedule.

Can you add an attendant or extra service?
An attendant or an extra service visit can be added on request for events of 150 guests or more, or events that run past 8 hours. The attendant restocks paper, soap and towels and keeps rooms tidy. A service visit pumps the tanks and refills water. Ask when you book so it appears on the quote.

Restroom trailer questions
What do you need for a restroom trailer?
We need a 110V outlet on a 20-amp circuit within about 100 feet, a garden-hose spigot (or a water tank we bring on request), a level spot and a clear truck path. Send a photo of the spot when you book.
What if there's no outdoor outlet?
Tell us before you book. Without a 110V outlet within about 100 feet, a trailer may not be the right fit. Deluxe flushing units need no power at all and still have a flush and a sink.
Can I rent a restroom trailer for just one day?
Restroom trailers are priced by the weekend, even for a 1-day event. The trailer is dropped before your event and picked up the next business day.
How much does a restroom trailer cost for a wedding?
A restroom trailer typically runs about $1,200–$3,500 for a weekend, depending on stall count and distance. Treat that as a typical range; the itemized quote you approve sets the final price.
Can the trailer sit on grass?
The trailer can sit on firm, level grass. Soft, wet or sloped ground is a problem, because the truck can sink and the trailer must be level for the toilets to drain. Tell us if it has rained a lot.
Do you have a restroom trailer with a handicap stall?
Some of our trailers include an accessible stall. Ask when you book, and confirm with your venue or permit office that it meets their rule. A wheelchair-accessible unit next to the trailer is another option.
Does the trailer come stocked?
The trailer arrives with toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and air freshener. Long events can add an attendant or a service visit to restock.
