Can our truck reach your Vancleave property?
Vancleave covers about 44 square miles of rural land, so access matters more than distance. Our truck needs a drive it can use without sinking and a parking spot within about 25 feet of the unit. Dirt or grass drives near Bluff Creek, Ward Bayou and the Pascagoula River soften after heavy rain.
- Send a GPS pin if the property has no posted number.
- Tell us about cattle gates, low limbs and narrow culverts.
- Pick a level spot on gravel or packed ground, not a soft pasture.
- Note the gate code or lock combination on the order.
The placement and delivery prep guide shows gate widths and slope limits.

What are Vancleave homeowners renting for?
Many Vancleave rentals cover 3 needs: building a new house, replacing a septic system and hosting a big family event on the land. A septic or home build often runs 4–8 weeks, so a monthly unit with weekly service fits. Barn weddings and reunions need units 1–2 weeks ahead.

Vancleave porta potty questions
My land has a long dirt driveway. Can you still deliver?
A dirt drive is fine when it is dry and firm enough for a service truck. After a heavy rain, we may wait a day or set the unit closer to the road. Tell us the drive length and any soft spots when you book.
I am building a house in Vancleave. How long can the porta potty stay?
A monthly unit stays as long as your build runs. Billing repeats every 28 days and includes weekly cleaning. Call at least 2 business days before a cycle ends to stop billing and schedule pickup.
Can you put a porta potty in a field for a family reunion?
A unit can go in a field if the ground is level and the truck can drive within about 25 feet. Mow the spot and mark it with a flag. For 100 guests over 6 hours, plan 3 standard units.
Do I need to be home when you deliver out in Vancleave?
You do not need to be home. Leave the gate open or give us the code, and mark the spot with a cone or ribbon. The driver calls about 30 minutes ahead and sends a photo when the unit is set.
Is there an extra charge for delivering to rural Vancleave?
Delivery is one line on your itemized quote, with no fuel surcharge. A standard event unit typically runs about $150–$225 with delivery and pickup included. Treat that as a typical range; the itemized quote you approve sets the final price.
